How to order?

Online shopping at 'EASY AQUA STAIRS' is quite easy. Click on shop via the homepage or main navigation and you will see our products. Here you click through to the product page where you will see all the product details.

On the product page, if there are different types of variations available, you choose a variation and the number of pieces of the product you want to order.

Then click on the 'Add to cart' button to place the product in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping from the shopping cart and place more products in your shopping cart or choose to order the products.

Once your order is complete, click on the 'Checkout' button in the shopping cart and follow the steps in the payment process.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs vary depending on the number of products you order and the country you are sending it to.

An indication of the shipping costs *

- Netherlands: 10kg = €20,-
- Europe: 10kg = €20,- / €50,-
- Worldwide: 10kg = €75,-

* Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping times

We always try to hand over your shipment to our delivery service within 24 hours. You can easily track your order via Track&Trace.

Payment methods

In the EASY AQUA STAIRS shop you pay via the payment methods of 'Shopify Payments'.

Pay easily and safely via your own bank with iDEAL and Bancontact / Payconiq by Bancontact app: via the payment environment of your bank. We also accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. And the (mobile) online payment services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Installation manual (EASY AQUA STAIRS)

The EASY AQUA STAIRS can simply be attached to the top or second-to-top step of the existing ladder. The EASY AQUA STAIRS must not touch the bottom of the pool!

The EASY AQUA STAIRS is intended for normal use and is not a play structure. This means: entering and exiting the pool. For this purpose, the attachment method described in the instruction sheet “Normal” is sufficient.

For pools where small children play and for pools with public access, such as in hotels, campsites, etc., the EASY AQUA STAIRS can be additionally secured to the existing ladder by following the attachment method described in the “Extra” instruction sheet.

1. Preparation

Make sure your existing pool ladder is clean.

2. Alignment

Place the EASY AQUA STAIRS over the top vertical rung of your existing ladder.

3. Click

Click the EASY AQUA STAIRS securely to the ladder rung.

4. Check

Check that the steps are secure and stable before using them.

Exchanges and returns

You can send the return shipment within the return period of 14 days and according to our return conditions at your own expense to the return address.

Return conditions

The product is unused, complete and undamaged including the factory packaging. The return is well packaged so that no damage can occur during the return shipment. The return slip must be included.

Return costs

The return costs are at your own expense.

Return address

The return address can be found with the delivery. EASY AQUA STAIRS uses various shipping companies and each has its own return address.

Refund policy

Once a return has been received in good order, we will send an email stating that the refund will be processed within 14 business days. If you have any questions about the refund policy or when you can expect your refund, you can always contact our support department.
