Exchanges and returns

Once a return has been received in good order, we will send an email stating that the refund will be made within 14 working days.

Payment methods

In the EASY AQUA STAIRS shop you pay via the payment methods of 'Shopify Payments'.

Pay easily and securely via your own bank with iDEAL and Bancontact / Payconiq by Bancontact app: via the payment environment of your bank. Furthermore, we accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. And (mobile) online payment services such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

The refund will always be made via the same bank and account number as you placed the order.
