Shipping Policy, Shipping Costs and Rates

Shipping costs vary depending on the number of products you order and the country you are shipping to.

An indication of shipping costs*

- Netherlands: 10+ kg = €20,-
- Europe: 10+ kg = €20,- / €35,-
- Worldwide: 10+ kg = €35,- / €100,-

* Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What are the procedures for a return?

If you wish to return goods, we ask that you pack them in the - if reasonably possible - original packaging that is properly sealed together with the returns slip.

You can then send your return shipment back to us (within 14 days of receipt) at your own expense. The full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days of cancellation.

What is the return address?

You will receive the return address upon delivery. EASY AQUA STAIRS uses different transport companies, each with their own return address.

What is the return period?

If you have made a purchase via our webshop (distance purchase), a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. If you regret your online purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
